a beautiful day with beautiful thoughts!

I just returned from my holidays in Colombia.
I am, as always, with the trauma post-Colombia!

It happens to me when I go to visit my family, friends and places in my hometowm, when I remember to myself how badly I am in love with my country. I see myself going back and doing great things for the development of the people.

But also, it was a bit shocking to see Bogota (my city) in a complete mess! All the infraestructure improvements in El Dorado Airport, also in the main highways, in the transportation lines, recycling education, etc. have been doing at the same time and the city is impossible to transit in a decent period of time. I spent 3 hours in a bus in a journey that usually should takes 30mins. This was so crazy! For this, I think I am having the European trauma of asking for secuity, organization and mobilization as the most important citizen's rights. Anyways.

I visited Villa de Leyva (at the center of the country) and Cartagena and Islas del Rosario (at the north coast line). Those places are the paradise!! beautiful landscapes, incredible food, nice weather and so many kind people! I was happy, I was making every single second I was there very enjoyable. I took some photos (soon on my Flickr page).

I also had time to think deeptly about my sense of being appart of all of this. Today, (because I dont know what tomorrow will bring) I am convinced that I will return to Colombia near in the future, but not before have studied my Masters degree. Education is one of the things that I value and admire the most of the "1st. world" and I have the deep neccesity to take the most out of it. I will start doing research and budget plans for this. I am so excited!!! :D

I am positive for the coming months, I know that I will discover many opportunities that will bring me the motivation and energy that I need to reach what I want, to continue making dreams coming true.

Life is good!!
I like to play this game! :)

Btw, Tonight, another dream coming true!! U2 concert! So happy!! :)
A song for today:
